Standard Material Information


Our 6061-T6511 aluminum bar stock is one of the most versatile and widely used aluminum alloys available. Known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, above-average corrosion resistance, and excellent machinability, this metal is a top choice for a vast range of projects.

Note: Some blocks will have "crimp" marks from our LANG vice system. These are only about .020" deep and located within .125" of an edge. Also, please expect minor scratches, paint, and blemishes that do not affect machinability.
